This review is a little overdue. I had an issue with my garage door and I contacted them based on other reviews. They came out the same day in between appointments that I had scheduled when my garage decided to stop closing. They were prompt and polite. Based on the assessment, I ended up have a newer quieter model installed. They did it right then and I have had no issues since that time. I would recommend them if you are seeking reliable service.

Our garage door belt needed to be replaced and Mike Neal told us it was under warranty. He called to the company and they changed the way to quickly get a replacement. You first had to return the defective belt and then they would send out a new one. This would be days without the use of our garage door opener and I was unable to manually lift the door myself. He went beyond the call of duty and bought one for us and replaced it immediately. The job was completed by a professional who also checked everything else with both garages doors. We highly recommend this company for new garage doors as well as their professional way of helping us if needed afterwards.
